AirPlus offers Smart Receipts integrations with several of the travel and expense systems listed below, making it easier to manage your receipts and transactions within your existing setup.

Smart Receipts is available in two versions  real-time* and standard** depending on the receiving system you use.

For systems that do not support digital receipts, AirPlus also offers seamless integration via daily transaction files, meaning you still have access to relevant transaction data in your expense management system.

With the real-time option, both transaction data and digital receipts are delivered instantly to your expense system, ready for immediate submission. If a digital receipt is missing, it can quickly be added using the receipt scanner within your expense app.

**Smart receipts standard
With the standard option, users can easily add receipts through the AirPlus app whenever needed. All information is then automatically transferred to your chosen expense management system on a daily basis.
