At the AirPlus customer service office in Solna, we hear a mix of Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish being spoken. There, we meet Clara who, along with around 70 employees, supports Nordic corporate customers by providing answers and guidance.
“We answer questions about everything from what’s included in the corporate card to more technical questions about file transfers and linking accounts,” she says. “Our team of experts deals with anything we can’t immediately solve.”

In September 2025, Eurocard for corporates changed its name to AirPlus. As a result, a number of new questions have arisen.
“As the name change has become more widely known, the number of questions has also increased, and most customers have pretty much the same questions when they contact us,” says Clara.
Here are the most frequently asked questions Clara currently receives.
Which app should I use?
If you have a corporate card, you should always use the AirPlus app, regardless of whether you still have the old Eurocard Corporate Card or if you have already received the new green AirPlus card. You can find the app in the App Store and Google Play – look for the green logo with the text A+.
If, on the other hand, you have a Eurocard private card, you should log in to the Spendwise app, which is also available in the App Store and Google Play.
What’s the credit limit for my corporate card?
“All our corporate cards basically have a flexible purchase limit. However, for user security, security parameters are set based on the type of purchase and the transaction method used. There may also be spending limits set by the employer. These limits can be adjusted. If you’re unsure of the purchase limit of your card and are planning a purchase exceeding Euro 5,000, always contact our customer service before making your purchase.”
Where can I find the invoices for our corporate cards?
“This is a common question from those who manage corporate cards. If you’re an administrator, you can find current and previous invoices in the AirPlus Portal web tool by:
- Logging in to the portal.
- Choosing the right account.
- Click on “Account activities”.
- Select the invoice you want to see.
There, you’ll find invoices for the last 12 months, which can also be downloaded as PDFs.
Who can order electronic invoicing?
“Only authorised signatories or card administrators in the AirPlus Portal can order electronic invoicing. You can do this by contacting customer service. You’ll also need to state your corporate registration number and names of signatories.
Clara’s tips!
“The vast majority of people call AirPlus customer service at the start of the working week. Do you have a non-urgent question? In that case, calling on a Thursday or a Friday means you’re more likely to get help quickly.”
