How can we send documents containing sensitive data?
Please contact our support team to receive a secure email. This ensures encrypted transmission and restricted access.
What documents are required during implementation?
As each implementation is different, the required documents may vary. In general, we will need:
- Beneficial Owner Form
- Corporate Customer Information Form
- AirPlus Portal Application
- Company Certificate / Company Registration Document
For implementations with more than five entities, a company structure chart is also required.
Good to know when filling in the documents
- All required fields must be completed.
- Documents must be signed by authorised company signatories.
- Certified copies of passports or national ID cards are required for all signatories and Portal administrators.
How do we certify a passport/National ID copy?
The ID copy must be certified by another individual, for example a colleague, by adding the following:
- A statement such as: “Certified true copy of the original”
- Date of certification
- Full name, signature, and role of the certifier
Why is the AirPlus app important?
The AirPlus app is required to approve online purchases and helps cardholders get the most out of their card.
With the app, cardholders can:
- Track spending
- View transactions for up to 36 months
- Update their personal information
Can our invoices be set up for automatic payment?
If you are invoiced in EUR, you can sign up for SEPA Direct Debit. This option is only available within the Eurozone.
Invoices must be paid manually until the first automatic withdrawal is visible. Payments cannot be collected for invoices issued before the agreement is active.
Will cardholders be notified about new invoices?
Yes. Cardholders will receive a push notification in the app.
If push notifications are disabled, they will be notified by email instead.
