Extrajudicial Dispute Settlement
In the event any dispute arises from the application of the provisions of the Civil Code of Germany (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB) concerning distance sales contracts regarding financial services or of §§ 675c - 676c of the BGB or of Art. 248 of the Introductory Act of the Civil Code of Germany (Einführungsgesetz zum Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch, EGBGB) or of the legal foundations specified in § 14 para. 1 nos. 3 and 4 of the German Act on Injunctive Relief (Unterlassungsklagengesetz, UKlaG), the Deutsche Bundesbank, Schlichtungsstelle, Wilhelm-Epstein-Straße 14, 60431 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, www.bundesbank.de, can be called upon to resolve such dispute based on §§ 60 - 62 of the Payment Services Supervision Act of Germany (Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsgesetz, ZAG) in connection with § 14 para. 1 of the UKlaG.
