All new employees are assigned a personal coach right from the start to guide and support you during your induction period. Your coach is available as a point of contact and to set goals together with you and to work on your personal and professional development. We believe this approach will help you quickly find your way in your new work environment and get off to the best possible start in your new position.
The induction plan provides a structure to prepare and manage each new employee’s first months at work. Besides learning and training objectives, it also provides a helpful timeline of dates and checkpoints.
Our three-day Induction Days event is a special crash course in all things AirPlus. It offers the opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into the company together with other new colleagues from Germany and abroad. We cover history, culture, products, processes, strategy, and more in a mix of presentations and workshops. Extend your personal network within the company, have fun learning together, and gain insight into the context and significance of your tasks within our greater organisation.
